Xhorse key cutting machine is a good choice. We can use Xhorse Condor XC Mini Plus and Xhorse Dolphin XP005 with M2 clamp and we also need rod adapter for the thin key which is only 1.5mm. We can also use the new Xhorse Dolphin XP005L, equipped with M5 clamp, no longer need adapters.
Here is steps to decode and cut key on TOY40 one side key by Xhorse Dolphin XP-005L
Turn on Dolphin XP005L key cutting machine
Tap vehicle database>> Asia>> Toyota>> TOY40 emergency key (one side key)
M5 clamp side B tip align 2nd position
Universal M5 can rotate clamp side A to side B easily.
Put the original key on clamp tip align 2nd position
Press ‘Decode key’ to start decode process
After decoding key successfully, put the new blank key on the M5 clamp and press ‘Cut key’
Make sure you have selected cutter diameter: 1.5mm
Tap System>> machine parameter>> cutting setting>> cutter diameter: 1.5mm>> Save
Install 1.5mm cutter to the top limited position, then tighten
Press ‘Cut’ and wait a moment till the process is completed
