Why Renault CAN Clip Diagnostic Interface can’t work

I bought a Renault CAN Clip Diagnostic Interface for my Laguna Grandtur 2003 last Friday from China. I connected two CAN chip with in the same computer. One of the CAN chip can work successfully with 4 LED light on, however the other one did not work and LED light was out(as the following picture shows.)

I doubted that if there was something wrong with the second CAN chip? I consulted the technical service for solution.

They informed me that I am not allowed to connect two CAN chips with a computer at the same time because the computer cannot identify them together. But the problem is I did not connect them at the same time. I first installed a CAN chip from www.obd2tool.com and found it worked perfectly. Then I installed another one but it just did not work. They told me the computer can not be compatible with two Renault CAN Clip in the meantime. I was recommended to change another computer for the second chip.
