—With the Dell D630’s dedicated serial port, there was no issue for me…. it was plug and play… I just loaded the HDD from the Seller into my Dell and all I needed to do was activate WIS/EPC and XENTRY/DAS with “activation keys”… I only use the Dell for mb star sd c4 purposes…

—Bought an older Dell D630 laptop with a serial port and plan on buying MB SD Star C4 directly installed in a Dell D630 hard drive. No Virtual Machine issues.

—Mercedes Benz Star diagnosis C3 / C4 actually specifies the computer or tablet used in the SDS environment… The T30 is rather slow but will get the job done.

—If your ever in the market for a faster SDS laptop, the Dell 630 with at least 2Ghz and the speed improvement especially when using Xentry is like night and day.

—the HDD that is pre-loaded with the software for SDConnect 4 by the Seller, is inserted into the DELL D630… The DELL D630 is the fastest laptop with the RS232 feature.

10 steps to solve ISTA-P error 94201 63031 /63014 after boot.


1.End the dialogue.
2.Disconnect ICOM device from the BMW.
3.unplug the car battery for 10 minutes.
4.Plug the car battery again, boot the new ISTA/P dialogue.
5.Turn on the ignition.
6.Connect the ICOM device to the BMW.
7.Choose “ICOM” in the ISTA/P connection manager.
8.Boot the programming dialogue.

If the problem is not solved, please do by following below steps.

1.End the dialogue.
2.To confirm the repair shop has no the activated ISTA/P dialogue.
3.Reboot the programming device (PC, ISID or ISSS)
4.Use other ICOM BMW to restart new programming dialogue. Connect ICOM to the vehicle with the ignition is on.

6.Insert the key into the ignitionswitch, close the door.
7.the ignitionswitch ON-OFF for one time is the “add” mode, ON-OFF for two time is the “Reset” mode.
8.Pull out the key from the ignition switch, at this time the door lock should move for 2 times, meanwhile hold the “LOCK” and “UNLOCK” buttons for one second then release, after 1 second repeat the same action. At this time, the OBD-II scan tool lock will automatically unlock and lock for one time. Move for one time means success and for two times means failure.
9.Reset the other remote control, repeat the step 8.

Fgtech Galletto china clone is no gold immersions but PCB and soldering quality is really very good, Fgtech galletto china clone have the same component of EU clone.
Also I have 2 galletto. One with yellow relays and second one with black. Both of them works very good.

I test FGtech galletto V54 on Audi 2009, Tiguan 2009, Passat 2009 and Golf 6 2009. It supports not all ecus edc17, Sure edc17cp04 and edc17cp14 year 2009 can read-write in obd. But edc17cp20, edc17cp44,etc, etc same year, have tricore protected active, and if you write in obd, ecu bloqued. I think TProt on VAG are present from 05/2009 but is very random this option is most present on engine with low power and is not compeer to years or ecu type.The best way to know if tp is active is always bootmode and read tag on file.
