Recently many customers reflect that when they run MB SD Connect C4/C5, it will ask you to enter user name and serial number. What happen to us ?
We help customer to remote control with teamviewer and we found that the hard driver (HDD) was not buy from our company. Customer meet this problem because they try to copy the software from our HDD. Our hard drive is encrypted and not allowed to replicate. A copy of the new hard disk software will appear this problem.
